Monica ‘Mo’ Wilde is a modern wild woman following the old ways of being and doing. A forager,
ethnobotanist, and award-winning author she’s dedicated to exploring the deep relationship between
people and plants. Now based in Scotland, Mo’s world revolves around wild food, traditional medicine,
and the science that binds them together. She’s equally at home leading a foraging walk through
ancient woodland, fasting in the wilderness, or lecturing on the wild microbiome and nutrition.
